ArtVilla Studio Waiver and Policies

PAYMENT POLICY: Paying online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose not to pay online, please call the studio to pay by phone.​

 

All reservations made online or in the studio are non-refundable.  We require a 36 hour notice for cancellation of any reservation for family classes, Sip and Paint events or any paint classes. At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or a studio credit may be issued. Your spot gets reserved right after you make your payment. No shows for a class will forfeit their payment.

 

Private Parties (including kids private parties) must cancel 14 days before the date of the booking in order to receive studio credit or reschedule for a different date.

Deposit for private parties is non refundable.

 

No shows will not receive a refund or studio credit. 

​WAIVER

By booking and/ or paying the deposit you will ENTER ArtVilla Studio (11395 W Palmetto Park Rd., Boca Raton, FL 33428) AT YOUR OWN RISK. Whether you signed the liability waiver or not, by entering the property you assume all risk and liability. The business, affiliates, owners, employees, third party, independent contractors and customers are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, accidents, slip & falls, choking, allergies, missing child, kidnap and or death. YOU knowingly and freely assume all such risks both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees and/or others. 

 

By entering the property, you agree to adhere to this notice and assume all liabilities & responsibilities for yourself, your guest(s), minor children/ ward(s) including all participants and non- participants. Non-participants are any and all persons who are inside the spa but not taking part in spa services and activities. Our services are not performed by a licensed cosmetologist and is for entertainment purposes only.

 

 EVERY CHILD PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST SIGN OUR WAIVER FORM. YOU CAN SIGN THE WAIVER PRIOR TO COMING IN AND YOU MAY ALSO SHARE THE LINK BELOW WITH YOUR GUEST AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE THE CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL.

PARTIES  By paying your deposit you have agreed to the invoice and agreement contract. We kindly ask that there is a max of ONE adults per child. TIPS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR PACKAGE; we recommend a 20% tip total of the party package for the employees.

 

ARTVILLA STUDIO  is not responsible for any slip or fall accidents or to any allergic reactions. ARTVILLA STUDIO  will not issue any refunds or change the day and time of the party, appointment or events.
